Project Overview
Business Context & Professional Relationship
Adept Multi Trade provides insurance reinstatement, property repair, planned and reactive maintenance, refurbishment, and multi-trade services across residential and commercial environments. Following an introduction through Equal Clothing, Division Co began supplying the Glasgow business in 2022. An initial paid hoodie order developed into an ongoing workwear relationship supporting workforce growth, new starters, replacements, and a consistent professional identity on customer premises and active sites.
The Challenge
The challenges faced by the business before we intervened.
Adept Multi Trade needed durable daily workwear across different trades and working environments, but previous supply had created inconsistent embroidery, logo positioning, colour matching, and garment sizing. Long lead times, high minimum quantities, unreliable stock, and limited order updates made urgent replacements and new-starter requirements difficult to manage. The business needed one supplier capable of preserving brand standards while handling planned orders and smaller top-ups.

The Solution
Division Co built a repeatable supply model around approved garments, master artwork, and standardised decoration. Durable hoodies were initially selected, before the range expanded to polos, T-shirts, sweatshirts, fleeces, jackets, high-visibility clothing, and PPE from trusted workwear manufacturers. Logos are digitised for embroidery, Pantone-matched threads protect brand colour, and chest, back, and optional employee-name placements follow agreed specifications. Samples, artwork proofs, and fit guidance support approval before production, while UK-led account management coordinates quality control, packing, multi-location delivery, and future reorders.
Garment specification: Products are selected around durability, comfort, sizing, site conditions, and the requirements of different trade roles.
Brand control: Approved master artwork, digitised embroidery files, Pantone-matched threads, and standardised placements keep each production run visually consistent.
Approval and fit: Samples, artwork proofs, sizing guidance, and final production approval reduce risk before garments enter production.
Repeat supply: Typical orders are delivered within 10–15 working days of artwork approval, with flexibility for urgent replacements, new starters, top-ups, and multiple delivery locations.
